An invigorating challenging yoga flow that connects breath and movement. In this strong inspiring class you will move through a sequence of poses such as triangle pose and warrior series with creative transitions and final relaxation. This class will increase strength, flexibility and focus. You will leave feeling energized, calm and content.

Yin Yang: 60 minutes
Enjoy this quiet yin class where you will hold poses such as sphinx, swan, and lizard lunge for 2-5 minutes getting deep into fascia, ligament and bone. Coupled with Yang active movement this class improves blood circulation enhancing physical and emotional health. You will leave feeling grounded and open.

Open Heart Open Mind
A lighthearted all levels slower paced yoga flow. This gentle class will include poses such as wide legged forward fold, tree pose, supine stretches and as always final relaxation. You will leave feeling more open hearted and aware.

Yoga Fresh
This class is for everyone. No need to be flexible. Practice and learn the essentials. Alignment, physical postures, breath and meditation. In this class you will move and transition at a slower pace and hold stretches. You will leave feeling alive, aware and at peace.

Pre and Post Natal
This is perfect for soon-to-be-moms and new moms. All trimesters are welcome. You’ll be preparing your body for birth through a gentle flow with a series of strengthening poses. We will also spend time focusing on the breath and building a stronger connection with your baby. Plus! You’ll get to connect to other moms in the area. We will offer variations according to your level and unique conditions.

Relax and Release
Slow down and relax. In this gentle practice we will hold poses such as spinal twists and forward folds with the use of props like yoga blocks and bolsters. This class relieves tension and you will leave feeling calm and restored.
