We offer something for every body – wherever you are on your yoga journey. We believe the best yoga classes in South Florida are curated by our expert instructors, who lead both beginners and seasoned yogis in our brand new, serene yoga studio.

Our yoga classes are suitable for all body types, ages, levels, and experience. Each yoga class will differ in its degree of intensity and challenge, but depending on your personal experience, it will help improve your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.

Morning Ritual (Slow Flow or Hatha)

Awaken the mind and body with this uplifting yoga flow. Increase mobility, connect with your breath moving through a series of poses such as sun salutations, balance poses, stretching and final relaxation. A great way to start your morning!

Feel Good Flow (Vinyasa)

An invigorating challenging yoga flow that connects breath and movement. In this strong inspiring class you will move through a sequence of poses such as triangle pose and warrior series with creative transitions and final relaxation. This class will increase strength, flexibility and focus. You will leave feeling energized, calm and content.

Yin Yang

Enjoy this quiet yin class where you will hold poses such as sphinx, swan, and lizard lunge for 2-5 minutes getting deep into fascia, ligament and bone. Coupled with Yang active movement this class improves blood circulation enhancing physical and emotional health. You will leave feeling grounded and open.

Open Heart Open Mind

(Slow Flow or Hatha)

A lighthearted all levels slower paced yoga flow. This gentle class will include poses such as wide legged forward fold, tree pose, supine stretches and as always final relaxation. You will leave feeling more open hearted and aware.

Active Restore (Restorative)

Slow down and relax. In this gentle practice we will hold poses such as spinal twists and forward folds with the use of props like yoga blocks and bolsters. This class relieves tension and you will leave feeling calm and restored.

Deep Stretch

A grounding, all levels stretch class. No need to be flexible. This class will create space and mobility in the hips, low back, shoulders, and spine. We will gently practice supine stretches, twists, extensions, flexion, preparing us for calm and stillness.

Funyasa (Vinyasa)

Funyasa Yoga celebrates the joy of movement. It’s a light-hearted, cathartic take on Vinyasa Yoga. At the start of each class, you set an intention, which will provide personal direction. Your breath will establish your rhythm of movement, and you will be guided in a kinetic exploration of your body through balancing, strengthening, stretching, and more! You’ll be encouraged to work at your own pace, meet your own challenges, reset your mood, and reaffirm your innate awesomeness!

Yoga Strong (Power Yoga)

This is a strength based yoga class using your body weight that focuses on building strength, working on flexibility and creating fire in the core. Using drills, blocks, and our own strength and flexibility we will work on techniques that will help us gain access into some of the more challenging postures. This is an all levels class that will help you get stronger and help you gain confidence as we explore our body strength.

Yoga Fresh (Hatha or Beginners Yoga)

This class is for everyone. No need to be flexible. Practice and learn the essentials. Alignment, physical postures, breath and meditation. In this class you will move and transition at a slower pace and hold stretches. You will leave feeling alive, aware and at peace.

Candlelight Yin

Yin is a slower and more meditative flow, giving you space to turn inward and tune into the mental and physical sensations that arise. Holding the poses for a longer period of time, yin  helps you tap into those rarely-used tissues, while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. Props provided for extra comfort through your yin journey.

Pre & Post Natal (privates only)

This is perfect for soon-to-be-moms and new moms. All trimesters are welcome. You’ll be preparing your body for birth through a gentle flow with a series of strengthening poses. We will also spend time focusing on the breath and building a stronger connection with your baby. Plus! You’ll get to connect to other moms in the area. We will offer variations according to your level and unique conditions.

Breathe & Meditate 

This class is more than just a practice; it’s an invitation to delve into the essence of meditation itself and the rich tapestry of experiences it offers. Explore various meditation techniques, pranayama exercises, and aromatherapy to enhance our senses and wellbeing. This welcoming space is open to all.
